As churches struggle with shrinking attendance and resources, many leaders feel overwhelmed and under-resourced. But what if the problem isn't a lack of resources, but rather an overabundance of them?
In this episode of the leadership podcast, I'm joined by Mitch from Crown Jesus Ministries for a though-provoking conversation that challenges the common belief that more resources equal more success in ministry.
Our discussion explores how small groups and simple, authentic relationships can be more effective in growing the church than a never-ending stream of programs and courses.
Listen in as we explore the example of Jesus and his approach to mentoring and leadership, and discover how you can lead your ministry with less and achieve more. It's time to shift our mindset from scarcity to abundance, and embrace the power of simplicity and relationship in leading under-resourced ministries.
