So it's essential that we learn how to engage in conflict in a healthy way, and become more effective in our communication and leadership through those harder conversations.
Over the past few weeks, we asked you to submit questions surrounding the topic of conflict. More specifically, questions related to dealing with conflict among church members or church leaders that are mission-focused. That's right; even mission-oriented leaders will have conflict.
When we learn to see conflict as an opportunity to increase our impact rather than an obstacle in the way of progress, our teams can actually come out on the other side of these moments MORE aligned and working toward a common mission.
